At Flocube, we’re committed to providing high-quality cleanroom and lab equipment. We have established the following policy to ensure a clear and straightforward process for any returns. Please review these terms and conditions carefully before making a purchase.

Return Eligibility

  • Return Window: We accept returns for eligible products within 30 days of the original purchase date.
  • Product Condition: To be eligible for a return, products must be in brand new, unused condition and in their original, factory-sealed packaging. We do not accept returns for products that have been opened, used, or are not in their original box.
  • Prior Authorization Required: All returns must be approved by Flocube in writing before being shipped back. A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number is required for all returns. Any items sent back without a valid RMA number will be refused.
  • Minor Defects: Returns will not be accepted solely due to minor defects that do not affect the function, form, performance, or safety of the product.

How to Initiate a Return

  • Request an RMA: Contact our customer service team to request a return. If your item is eligible, we will provide you with a written authorization and an RMA number.
  • Prepare Your Shipment: Once you receive your RMA, you are responsible for arranging and paying for the return shipping. The item must be returned in its original, unopened packaging.
  • Provide Tracking: You must provide a valid shipping tracking number to our customer service team once the item has been dispatched.

Please Note: The buyer is responsible for the item’s condition until it is received and inspected by Flocube. We strongly recommend insuring your return shipment. Damaged products will not be accepted, and no refund will be issued.

Fees and Refunds

  • Restocking Fee: Returns of standard, non-defective products are subject to a 30% restocking fee. This applies to items including, but not limited to, Fan Filter Units (FFUs), Laminar Flow Hoods, Clean Booths, Clean Benches, Stainless Steel Tables, Risers, Impulse Sealers, Pressure Cookers, and Thermo Helix Products.
  • Return Shipping: The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs, unless the return is a direct result of an error made by Flocube.
  • Inspection & Processing: Once we receive the authorized return, our team will inspect the item(s) within five (5) business days. If the product is confirmed to be in new, unused, and sealed condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within two to three (2-3) business days. The refund amount will be the original purchase price minus the 30% restocking fee.

Non-Returnable Items

The following products are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Custom Products: Any product that is not a standard, off-the-shelf item and has been specifically configured, modified, or built to a customer’s unique specifications. All sales for custom products are final.
  • All Filters: Due to the sensitive nature of filtration products, all filter sales are final. This includes HEPA Filters, ULPA Filters, Pre-filters, and any other filter media.

Shipping Damage

It is crucial to inspect all deliveries for damage before signing for them.

  • Reporting Window: Shipping damage must be reported to Flocube within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Carrier Notification: More importantly, any damage to the packaging or product must be noted on the carrier’s delivery receipt or bill of lading prior to signing and accepting the delivery. Not following this procedure will result in a denied claim and denied refund.
  • Documentation: Meticulously document all findings. This includes taking clear photographs of the damaged packaging and contents and making detailed notes on the delivery receipt. This documentation is essential for filing a successful freight claim. Failure to note damage on the delivery receipt at the time of delivery may result in the inability to file a shipping damage claim.
